Our new website and app are packed with new features and improvements to make travelling with us easier than ever — whether you're hopping on a daytime route, a school service, CrossBus or our Go2 demand-responsive service.

Mobile tickets Purchase mobile tickets securely with a debit or credit card and simply scan them when boarding. Choose from day, week, month and annual tickets across both our school and regular services. Buying for someone else? Mobile tickets can also be gifted, making it easy to sort travel for family, friends or your children's school journeys.

Plan your journey Work out your daily commute or tomorrow's trip to the shops in just a few taps.

Travel alerts Stay up to date when things change, with personalised travel alerts straight to your phone. Avoid delays and last-minute surprises.

Live departures Browse and view bus stops on the map, explore upcoming departures, or check the Destinations screen and see where you could travel next.

Service updates No one likes disruptions, but now you'll be able to keep up to date with service changes directly within the app. And if you highlight your favourite routes, you'll receive alerts on any disruption to your services — a great new feature.

Favourites Save your regular Departure Boards and Journeys and access them from one convenient menu.

Important dates for existing customers

Our new website and app go live on Tuesday 21 July 2026. Our current website and app will close on Friday 31 July 2026.

If you currently have an account from our previous website and app, this will be closed on or shortly after Friday 31 July 2026. All customers will need to sign up for a new account through our new website or app. Any activated m-tickets on our previous app will remain valid until the end of service on Friday 31 July 2026.
